TERMS & CONDITIONS \u2013 TIMELESS TRANSFERS<\/h1>\n

1. Company Identification<\/h2>\n

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided under the Timeless Transfers brand, operated by Timeless Unipessoal Lda, corporate tax number (NIF) 515156680 and RNAVT 8231, registered in Portugal.<\/p>\n

The registered office address may be omitted from public communications and will be provided upon lawful request, in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n

By making a reservation, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Definitions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • \u201cCustomer\u201d refers to the person making the reservation and all included passengers<\/li>\n
  • \u201cCompany\u201d refers to Timeless Transfers<\/li>\n
  • \u201cService\u201d refers to private transfers, hourly chauffeur services, and event transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n

    3. Services Provided<\/h2>\n

    Timeless Transfers exclusively provides:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Private point-to-point transfers<\/li>\n
    • Hourly chauffeur services<\/li>\n
    • Transportation for events (corporate events, weddings, and others)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      All services are subject to prior reservation and confirmation.<\/p>\n

      \n

      4. Reservations and Contract Formation<\/h2>\n

      4.1. Reservations are made through the official website or other authorised channels.<\/p>\n

      4.2. The contract is considered concluded upon payment confirmation and voucher issuance.<\/p>\n

      4.3. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to verify all reservation details.<\/p>\n

      \n

      5. Payments<\/h2>\n

      5.1. Payment must be made in full and in advance using the payment methods available on the website.<\/p>\n

      5.2. A reservation is only considered valid after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

      \n

      6. Cancellation and Amendments Policy<\/h2>\n

      6.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.<\/p>\n

      6.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

      6.3. No-shows are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

      6.4. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.<\/p>\n

      \n

      7. Waiting Times<\/h2>\n

      7.1. Airport Pickups<\/h3>\n

      Includes up to 60 minutes of waiting time after flight landing.<\/p>\n

      7.2. Hotels, accommodations, or other locations<\/h3>\n

      No grace period applies. Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.<\/p>\n

      7.3. Exceeding the waiting time<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • The service may be considered a no-show, with no entitlement to refund; or<\/li>\n
      • Subject to availability, an additional charge equivalent to 1 extra hour may apply, according to the reserved vehicle category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n

        8. Luggage<\/h2>\n

        8.1. Permitted luggage depends on the reserved vehicle category.<\/p>\n

        8.2. Customers must comply with the normal luggage capacity specified for each vehicle.<\/p>\n

        8.3. Excessive or special luggage must be communicated in advance. Failure to do so may result in the inability to perform the service.<\/p>\n

        \n

        9. Child Transportation<\/h2>\n

        9.1. Children are accepted on all services.<\/p>\n

        9.2. Appropriate child restraint systems are provided free of charge.<\/p>\n

        9.3. Customers must inform in advance:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Number of children<\/li>\n
        • Age of each child<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          9.4. Failure to provide this information may compromise the execution of the service and shall not be attributable to the company.<\/p>\n

          \n

          10. Passenger Conduct<\/h2>\n

          10.1. The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service for passengers who:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Display inappropriate behaviour<\/li>\n
          • Are under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances<\/li>\n
          • Endanger the safety of the driver, vehicle, or third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            10.2. In such cases, no refund shall be granted.<\/p>\n

            \n

            11. Service Execution<\/h2>\n

            11.1. Services are provided between the points specified in the reservation.<\/p>\n

            11.2. Additional stops may incur extra charges.<\/p>\n

            11.3. When the service is performed by partners or third parties, Timeless Transfers acts solely as an intermediary.<\/p>\n

            11.4. In such cases:<\/p>\n

            • We shall not be responsible for the validity, existence, or legal compliance of licences, insurance policies, or other documentation held by third-party providers<\/li>\n
            • We shall not be liable for delays, operational failures, or no-show situations when the service is provided by third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n

              12. Vehicle Hygiene and Conditions<\/h2>\n

              12.1. Timeless Transfers maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance across all vehicles.<\/p>\n

              12.2. Vehicles are regularly inspected and prepared to ensure comfort, safety, and a presentation appropriate to the service provided.<\/p>\n

              \n

              13. Liability<\/h2>\n

              13.1. The company shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather conditions, authorities, etc.)<\/li>\n
              • Missed flights resulting from schedules chosen by the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                13.2. The company\u2019s liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the contracted service, except where otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n

                14. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n

                14.1. The company shall not be liable for failure or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

                • Accidents<\/li>\n
                • Adverse weather conditions<\/li>\n
                • Strikes<\/li>\n
                • Legal restrictions<\/li>\n
                • Unforeseeable events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  15. Insurance<\/h2>\n

                  15.1. All vehicles are properly insured in accordance with Portuguese legislation.<\/p>\n

                  15.2. Luggage is transported at the customer\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n

                  \n

                  16. Data Protection<\/h2>\n

                  16.1. Personal data shall be processed in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Portuguese legislation.<\/p>\n

                  16.2. Further information may be found in the Privacy Policy or requested directly from the company.<\/p>\n

                  \n

                  17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

                  17.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.<\/p>\n
