TERMS & CONDITIONS – TIMELESS TRANSFERS

1. Company Identification

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided under the Timeless Transfers brand, operated by Timeless Unipessoal Lda, corporate tax number (NIF) 515156680 and RNAVT 8231, registered in Portugal.

The registered office address may be omitted from public communications and will be provided upon lawful request, in accordance with applicable legislation.

By making a reservation, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.


2. Definitions

  • “Customer” refers to the person making the reservation and all included passengers
  • “Company” refers to Timeless Transfers
  • “Service” refers to private transfers, hourly chauffeur services, and event transportation

3. Services Provided

Timeless Transfers exclusively provides:

  • Private point-to-point transfers
  • Hourly chauffeur services
  • Transportation for events (corporate events, weddings, and others)

All services are subject to prior reservation and confirmation.


4. Reservations and Contract Formation

4.1. Reservations are made through the official website or other authorised channels.

4.2. The contract is considered concluded upon payment confirmation and voucher issuance.

4.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all reservation details.


5. Payments

5.1. Payment must be made in full and in advance using the payment methods available on the website.

5.2. A reservation is only considered valid after payment confirmation.


6. Cancellation and Amendments Policy

6.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.

6.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable.

6.3. No-shows are non-refundable.

6.4. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.


7. Waiting Times

7.1. Airport Pickups

Includes up to 60 minutes of waiting time after flight landing.

7.2. Hotels, accommodations, or other locations

No grace period applies. Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.

7.3. Exceeding the waiting time

  • The service may be considered a no-show, with no entitlement to refund; or
  • Subject to availability, an additional charge equivalent to 1 extra hour may apply, according to the reserved vehicle category.

8. Luggage

8.1. Permitted luggage depends on the reserved vehicle category.

8.2. Customers must comply with the normal luggage capacity specified for each vehicle.

8.3. Excessive or special luggage must be communicated in advance. Failure to do so may result in the inability to perform the service.


9. Child Transportation

9.1. Children are accepted on all services.

9.2. Appropriate child restraint systems are provided free of charge.

9.3. Customers must inform in advance:

  • Number of children
  • Age of each child

9.4. Failure to provide this information may compromise the execution of the service and shall not be attributable to the company.


10. Passenger Conduct

10.1. The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service for passengers who:

  • Display inappropriate behaviour
  • Are under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
  • Endanger the safety of the driver, vehicle, or third parties

10.2. In such cases, no refund shall be granted.


11. Service Execution

11.1. Services are provided between the points specified in the reservation.

11.2. Additional stops may incur extra charges.

11.3. When the service is performed by partners or third parties, Timeless Transfers acts solely as an intermediary.

11.4. In such cases:

  • We shall not be responsible for the validity, existence, or legal compliance of licences, insurance policies, or other documentation held by third-party providers
  • We shall not be liable for delays, operational failures, or no-show situations when the service is provided by third parties

12. Vehicle Hygiene and Conditions

12.1. Timeless Transfers maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance across all vehicles.

12.2. Vehicles are regularly inspected and prepared to ensure comfort, safety, and a presentation appropriate to the service provided.


13. Liability

13.1. The company shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather conditions, authorities, etc.)
  • Missed flights resulting from schedules chosen by the customer

13.2. The company’s liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the contracted service, except where otherwise required by law.


14. Force Majeure

14.1. The company shall not be liable for failure or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Accidents
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Legal restrictions
  • Unforeseeable events

15. Insurance

15.1. All vehicles are properly insured in accordance with Portuguese legislation.

15.2. Luggage is transported at the customer’s own risk.


16. Data Protection

16.1. Personal data shall be processed in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Portuguese legislation.

16.2. Further information may be found in the Privacy Policy or requested directly from the company.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

17.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

17.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts.
